Q: What is the parking situation at Harbor House Hotel?
A: We offer self-parking in our hotel parking lot for $12/day plus tax.

Q: How does cruise parking work?
A: Cruise ship passengers may leave their car in the hotel's lot for the duration of their cruise for $12/day plus tax.

Q: Do you offer airport transportation?
A: The hotel does not offer transportation to and from the airport. A taxi would be the best option.


Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We do not allow pets at Harbor House.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee of one night's room/tax.** Advance Purchase and other non-refundable reservations may not be cancelled due to the nature of the reservation. These reservations require full payment and cannot be amended once booked.

Q: What is check-in time?
A: 4PM

Q: Can I check in earlier than 4pm?
A: Guests are free to arrive anytime on the day of arrival. If a room is available the Front Desk is happy to check you in. However, if one is not ready we are happy to store your luggage until the room becomes available.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: 12PM

Q: Can I request a late check out?
A: Late check outs are granted based on availability. Please see the Front Desk for details.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept at the Harbor House Hotel?
A: Harbor House has moved to a cashless system. We will only be accepting credit cards moving forward.


Q: Are there microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms?
A: Yes, we have small refrigerators and microwaves in all guest rooms. You can view a comprehensive list of our in-room amenities here.

Q: Do you have a restaurant on site?
A: While we don't offer a restaurant on site there are five nearby establishments that offer a complimentary chef's choice when purchasing a meal.
